Yep*. I think Google's autonomous "vehicle" will end up being a suite of features they license to automakers.

Tesla has shown that starting an automobile manufacturer from scratch is HARD.
I don't ever see anyone owning a Googlemobile, but plenty of folks owning a Ford/Chevy/Chrysler "powered by Google Autonomy"
