and it wipes out all your B and T white blood cells. Basically kills all the white cells that are eating your nerve sheathing. The theory is the reboot of the immune systems will hopefully make the new white cells that grow arent aggressive to you.

Usually do 2 years since the 1st go around usually isnt quite enough killing. But shes badly immuno suppressed - like 10 hand cleaner bottles in the house all over.
