Also, if you have any that are cloudy looking or have streaks on them, they'll replace those too. (Apparently that happens with prolonged use in the

dishwasher and use of citrus prodcuts, both of which apply to me. I add lemon or grapefruit juice/crystals to pretty much everything I drink in that cup.)
It doesn't affect the cup at all, it just makes it look funny, so I won't replace a cup just for that. But if it bothers you, you could.
