Our drafts since 2008 have been mediocre to bad overall.

He's still great at finding plug-in middle round talent, and excels at undrafted free agents, but the top of the draft has been subpar for a while now.
We've just ignored it because of winning the Super Bowl in 2012. I have more hope for this year given the insane amount of 4th round picks, though.
