I had a weird spike a few weeks ago too.

I've always had 120-80'ish...only once was I 130+/90+.
at 1 doctor's visit for something rather worrying, I was 124/78...
5 days later, for something far less worrying, I was 148 over 103... they tested me 3 times to confirm it.
