i still remember way back in university, a friend has the bank mistakenly deposit a couple thousand dollars to her account.

when she went into her branch to show them the error, they basically got mad at her like she'd done something wrong and insisted it wasn't their mistake.
a few days later the money was gone again.
jerks.
