I have to respect your ethical discipline, and I have to, to an extent, concede you the point. That said, I'm not going to keep an NES around just

to play Castlevania. Further, I would totally pay the publisher if I could download the game witheout the CD/instructions etc., but that doesn't appear to be an option.
From a strict, letter of the law perspective, though, I do concede you the point.
