The first time we flew with my daughter (aged 10 months) she barfed on the way to the airport...

We had a change of clothes for her but I guess it got into her shoelaces.
Early 'commuter' flight - SFO to Toronto - F.A. spent the flight spraying air-freshener in our direction :)
