There isn't a lot of direct sorcery, per se, though we definitely see some, but there are plenty of other supernatural elements getting more and more tied into things as the series goes along. You'd be forgiven for thinking it wasn't part of the world at the beginning, it was only hinted at in the first season, iirc.
