By *inviting* the Tyrell army into the City does Cersei realize that she's one betrayal (Kevin Lannister, who doesn't like her anyway) from losing complete control over King's Landing?
Also, this episode hit fast forward on a lot of plot elements--Sansa's arrival at the Wall is one, the other being the rather silly idea that the Tyrell army could be mustered and travel to King's Landing in a few days. Lazy writing in that regard.
