downloading the content for something I already own. An NES ROM for an NES game I own would be a good example. Another might be a NoCD crack for a game that I own so I don't have to have the CD in the drive to play. Both would be illegal to the letter of the law but I have less of an issue with these methods.
I think if I reflected on it deeply I would have to conclude that I shouldn't be doing either of them but I see the rationalization more clearly.
