As we know, much like sexual assault, these cases don't always get reported, nor do they always result in police action.

The only people who know what happened are her and him; and apparently her view of those events was enough to spur legal action.
If it's true, fuck him. If it's false, fuck her.

My thought: realistically, she was already sitting pretty with him not having a pre-nup...why would she need to put the screws to him moreso via this unless there was something there.
Either way, given the stories coming out, these two have a toxic relationship.
