Of course there's probably a bit of padding baked in. Then take out the taxiing times on both ends and you are looking at, maybe, 6:15 in the air? It will take them a good 90 minutes to do dinner service and then they'll probably wake me with the breakfast service I don't want. I'll be lucky to get 4 hours sleep :(
