The specs for Civ 6 aren't out yet, but as someone who just ordered a desktop in anticipation of Civ 6...

2.5GHz might not be enough processing speed
16G RAM should be plenty
Dunno as much about graphics cards, but looking into it M335 should do better than meet the minimum requirements
