stanford swimmer was convicted of sexual assault of a woman that was unconscious (who really lucked out that two cyclists came across them and stopped things), sentenced to 6 months and he'll likely be out in 3. could have been up to 10 years.

the judge said it wasn't longer because he feared that longer would have a severe impact on the guy.

he was drunk, too, but not enough to not immediately start completely lying about what was going on, ugh.

ugh. :/
