Also: I once paid for an earlier flight, then sat in the Quebec City airport for 7 hours while 3 other flights left, including my original one.

The worst part was that they knew when I changed that my new flight would be delayed, didn't tell me, then wouldn't let me switch back. I don't miss air Canada much.
