I don't think so. The Trump campaign could pull enough new and newly resurgent white voters to win.

And win pretty easily if the campaign can build an infrastructure to bring out the vote.
The voting bloc that most favors Trump is the group of white male voters with little or no college education. Had the Romney/Ryan campaign pulled in just another 5% of this group in 2012, they would've won the campaign. I think the Trump campaign can do that pretty easily -- if they actually build a coordinate campaign organization.
The one thing the Clinton campaign has going for it is a massive, well-functioning, highly organized, and very disciplined campaign organization in all eleven swing states. I think the Trump campaign needs something only close to this to win.
