yep. it's down the list of investments; but if you have oodles of cash, some educated guessing can be a decent gamble.

what I do for those I come across is buy the same slightly lower than max amount, then occasionally check them on a shorter bonds adjust list week. (this is with with my more casual playing style and rare checking of the boards.)
