This is a chance to get back into Healthcare one step below CIO. I always sorta wanted to end my career as a hospital CIO and this looks like a step in that direction and pay is enough to make up for having state income tax again and then some so would be $ upgrade.
Might have a fight with the 14yo tho she has family 2 hours from there.
Would seem to be like moving back to home town but if I want to work up to CIO obviously not going to jump in to a LARGE hospital - not a millenial so know better but still.
Many factors and not sure if that is an area thats sort of dying like Detroit LOL not sure what rust belt means
