In response to "huh, I was just thinking about this watching last night's ep. (spoils) -- (edited)" by b.

Though (spoils)

You can say most of the same for Sansa. Left behind in Kings Landing, she thought everyone in her family was dead - including Arya, Bean and Rickon. Essentially she was Joffrey's captive, she saw her father beheaded (and knows she was responsible for it), she also lost her mother and brother, the person she relied on for protection was the one who betrayed her family, etc... It's non-stop for Sansa.

In the show, of the non-dead Starks I think it is Sanda who has had it worst.

In the books, it's a closer call. But even then, while Arya's had some gruesome storylines, her narrative has been about freedom while Sansa's has been about captivity.
