Guys that make $14.26M a year to play a game should be able to play it. Free throw are the only thing in sports that never changes your whole life.

No defense. Nothing different. You stand at a line with the same ball and shoot at the same hoop. Anyone can do it.
If you gave me $14M, I'd shoot 75% from the line. Easily.
