It wasn't very "jump scary" (though a few did get me) and the story overall was well done. The girl was also very good I thought. I also liked the skeptic side of it (I don't believe in any of that kind of stuff, so thought that was interesting), and the video of her "faking" it and the resulting twist.
I thought they could have cut out about 15 minutes (like the whole song, and the dance), and some of the kid stuff, but overall it worked.
