There's a company called CyberpowerPC that make what I think are good pre-built PCs that are good for graphics since they focus on gaming PCs.
I don't know if these will work for you but they have PCs starting around $500 that I think look better in comparison to name brands. As for which one to recommend, I'll have to look at it in the morning.
My friend says another good one is a company called digital storm.
