Vizcaino should bring a good haul and should be traded immediately.

if Giles brought that absurd haul, a very solid guy with at lest 3+ seasons of team control should bring back something sizable.
And bullpen arms, for the most part, dime a dozen...and you're not going to be competitive until 2018 at the earliest unless everything breaks right for next year.
Half his value would be gone then; and that's if he's even healthy still.
