The FBI knew the guy and yet this happened, why? Who knew what, when? Mr. President? Madam Secretary?
I mean this as an exercise. I'm sure it didn't rise to the level of notifying anyone about the Field Office by the sounds of it. But the political material was there for Trump to use. He botched it.
