If they really wanted Sec. Clinton out of the race, that group of Sen. Sanders supporters would want the indictment to be handed down *after* Labor Day -- not before!

If she's indicted before Labor Day, her team of lawyers could get it dismissed and resolved in plenty of time for her to remain in the race.
