lab puppies are huge chewers, so you are gonna want to make sure to have a bunch of toys around to make sure they have plenty of acceptable things to chew on, so they are not eating things you dont want them to eat.

I had a lab / cocker mix that ate through a door.

great dogs, but they also tend to be kind of dumb.
