But even if you're not in the conversation. Like, there are people here who are really good at defusing a conflict, even when it's directed at them

personally.
Those are the people that I'd like to be more like, and I learn from them by watching what they do.
I'm guessing there are people like that for you? -maybe not conflict resolvers, people who do whatever you want to do better, and help you do that thing better too?
