authorize the transaction. They are having trouble locating the director to get his signature. The private equity sponsor is getting agitated that this is holding up the transaction. He says in his most condescending, annoyed voice, "how hard can this be. Can't we just google him?" Lawyer's response: "His name is John Lennon. I could try googling him but I don't think it's going to help."
