Agreed. Admittedly, all I knew before 16hrs ago was the name but everything I've read makes it sound like he'd totally fit in here.

I love that Thomas embraced the Celtics. When asked why players don't want to come here he said, as I'm sure you know, something to the effect that if you know your Basketball history you want to come here.

And not to white wash the rep but the Celtics broke the color barrier 3 times in the NBA one of those was for all of US sports. I get that the rep isn't entirely unfounded but people need to speak about the positives too.
