Ikariam question: Is there a maximum number of times you can attack someone?

An island neighbor (level 5) raided my wine colony (which was active). I messaged them that that was a mistake on their part and gave them an 8 hour blockade. No response. I raided them only to find out a significant army. I then loaded up and raided them again and pillaged. No response. I then pillaged again. Then they whined for me to stop. Still no apology or offer of a truce. I made them my bitch for a day and pillaged 4 times over a course of a day or so encountering an army each time. They have now threatened to report me for attacking them too often. I couldn't find anything in Wiki, so I am going to continue until they ask for a truce. I admit I am being a bit of a dick.
