sorry, I should have specified - it's the sun's link. it's a warning to be extra careful about what you enter and/or click there. -- (edited)

ed. to add more: I looked this up for a similar result a while back, and I found that the site probably either doesn't have a security certificate or that there's something preventing a secure connection from being made.
