Last time I was there, the taxi stand appeared to be downstairs in front of the baggage claim area, with a hellishly long line.

The old taxi stand on the side of the terminal, just off the AA baggage claim is gone.

If you take the bus, they have apparently moved the bus stop upstairs at the American terminal (no idea where) and will pick up there before looping back by Terminals D and C.
