I'm just curious why they haven't signed RVD to a deal before now.

Maybe there's stuff I missed, but I thought the only strikes against him were a love of weed and a possible lack of smarts. Neither of those seems to kill other wrestlers careers. I imagine he would still draw well, and it's not like he's Jack Evans or Teddy Hart.
