Overall, Delta operationally is better than AA and UA right now as far as on-time, customer service, etc.

They are all legacy airlines so don't expect much, but all else being equal, Delta is the best of those three.
But everything is not always equal necessarily, which aircraft would each airline put you on? Regional jets (especially the smaller ones) tend to get canceled more than mainline overall.
