Given the 130 million miles driven with Auto Pilot enabled and just 1 fatality, there isn't an issue beyond

what Bery posted below.

That 130 million miles per fatality is about 40 million miles better than the national average for fatalities.

That's a bit of apples/oranges since the Tesla number is just Auto Pilot miles and the national average is all miles.

This is going to be like the fires. People freaked, then it went away as people realized that fires were less common in Teslas than in gas vehicles.
