I work for a software company, we have a EULA. *nobody* reads it.

I make sure to point out all the parts people might have a problem with, because if you come back to them later and say "well tough, it's in the EULA." you'll lose a customer.
I'm not saying give people a free pass, but they can do better. my old company had online training for all kinds of things that >100,000 employees do annually, that actually has a meaningful impact on safety. "it's in the manual, and there are warnings when you turn it on," is half-assed.
