In Chicago the areas they set up to do the DWI traffic stops are mostly in black neighborhoods. The areas where DWI violations occur most often is in

white neighborhoods. And one that has a high level of cops living it rarely if ever conducts stops.
And the black neighborhoods are on the low end of DWI violations even with the stops.
