BBC has video of a shooter in Dallas. He's on the street level.

I'm now watching the press conference in Dallas & NBC showed some footage of the police surrounding the college (I think that's what I heard) where they cornered a suspect on the 2nd floor. The building in the video on TV looks like the building in the BBC video.
