No. Power up and Evolve are different. If you don't see Evolve under Power UP, then your Pokemon is already at it's highest evolutuion - oblique Jul 13, 06:38 5

  - They are already at their highest evolution. Look in the Pokedex for each Pokemon and it will show you the evolution chain -- nm - oblique Jul 13, 06:39 1
