it's not an alternate universe. BUT that doesn't mean it can't be reset.
The Maestro (future evil hulk) is out and about in the regular Marvel Universe so we do have a version of Banner out there.
It was the Banner Hulk that was in Ulysses vision. He made everyone feel and experience the vision
