So I used my Echo to order something yesterday. I didn't get the $10 off, apparently because Alexa picked the correct item from a different seller.

The price was the same. I wrote to them this evening to ask for the discount. This is the response...

And, yes, I gave them an earful when I click on NO to the question, Did I solve your problem?

This is the only time I've received a poor response from amazon. It wouldn't be so bad if she'd just apologized and said No. Christine pretty much told me, so sorry, you lose, and keep on buying stuff from us!

After I provided feedback I got a page that asked if they could try again to satisfy me. I haven't heard back yet after that rant. They promised me $10 off. I want my $10 dammit!
