i have no idea what i am supposed to be doing with any of extra stuff or how to evolve or whatever i am supposed to be doing.

  - When you're on your map, click on the Pokeball. Then click on Pokemon, then click any Pokemon you have captured. Scroll the screen down - Jim Jul 14, 06:15 12

      - Evolving them gets a good amount of XP so you might want to do that. Generally though from what I'm seeing with my son who is a much higher level - oblique Jul 14, 06:20 3
