I don't believe those other cars provide full autopilot. They are pushed more as safety features that will add protection if you miss something

(aren't paying full attention, looking at phone, fall asleep, etc.), but not full driving capability. I could be wrong, but that's how it looks to me. I'm not aware of any other commercial cars providing full autopilot.
