I usually get cheap curtains from Overstock (online) or Bed Bath and Beyond.

But I've been pretty impressed with Blindster, too. Helped a friend of mine order a complete set of blinds and the cost worked out to be cheaper than curtains. And that was for a nice set of good quality blinds. Not top of the line, but not bottom end, balsa-wood-quality either.
