it.... might be. kate has to have the ear of whatever the new VP looks like, and kate loves the way I reinvent process.

if someone walks in and sees a problem, kate would 100% say "talk to mary."
it's almost a certainty though that there'll be new reporting lines. some old, crusty heads could roll. so much fun!
