you can land 5 to 6 quality prospects for a couple bullpen arms who can be replaced when you are ready to compete. You can easily get up to top 5 with some smart GMing. You have limited assets right now, and it would be a terrible mistake not to move them for whatever you can get, especially when you have teams fighting each other to get them.
