He took time to adjust to the AL, but his OBP is up from .320 last year to .340 this year. Batting average, as usual, misses the point.

Presuming one win of WAR is worth $6 million, you've paid McCann $42.5 million thus far. He's "earned" $46.2 million. You're asking too much of a guy who is outplaying a $17 million annual salary.
