pmb - the fact that the lines were in sequence suggest to me that it was deliberate.

maybe speechwriters have great memories but I find it hard to believe that you'd remember the lines in the sequence they were delivered with no deviation. If there more changes in sequence or words I'd believe it was the accident of a really great memory. And how come they "remembered" something in prep from just one speech.
This seems more deliberate.
