Not saying they would go. What I find big is twofold: 1) they tied themselves to him so strenuously.

2) This would likely make Fox reticent to force him out (knowing it could give their talent an out, or an ability to renegotiate). Have they had complaints about Ailes before that they ignored as a result? (No idea, just thinking out loud about possibilities).
